For non-account customers a deposit is required at the start of the hire. Deposits are accepted by credit / debit cards only. Hire charges will be deducted from the deposit. When hire charges exceed the deposit further payments will be taken from the credit or debit card supplied
Two forms of identification will be required from new customers.
A cleaning charge is made for any equipment returned in a dirty condition.
All damage must be paid for. The customer is responsible for all hired equipment and must ensure that they have adequate insurance cover. Any equipment lost, stolen or damaged beyond economic repair will be charged at the current replacement cost.
Customers are responsible for using the equipment safely. Any accidents or injuries caused using equipment unsafely is customers responsability,
We offer a delivery and collection service; normally at an extra cost.
Discount will be given to long term hires.
Extra days over a week are calculated at 20% of weekly charge.
REPAIR OF TOOLS
ALL POWER TOOLS OR MACHINERY HANDED IN FOR REPAIR ARE SUBJECT TO AN EXAMINATION CHARGE, IF TOOLS ARE REQUIRED TO BE TAKEN APART FOR THE PURPOSE OF CHECKING, THEY WILL NOT BE REASSEMBLED IF REPAIR IS NOT CARRIED OUT. REPAIRS NOT COLLECTED WITHIN 3 MONTHS WILL BE DISPOSED OF OR SOLD TO RECOVER THE COSTS.
